Kylemore Stud was set up by husband and wife team Olive and Ivor Broderick. Both Olive and Ivor had been involved in breeding and competition for many years, and felt that they should offer breeders a higher standard and approach to sport horse breeding in Ireland. Olive is a fully qualified AI technician with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and DEFRA, and has extensive knowledge of fertility problems and practices with mares and stallions.
 
 
Ireland has long been renowned for the quality of horses produced here, but we are increasingly under threat from our continental neighbours.
The aim of Kylemore Stud is to provide top quality stallions, quality semen, broodmares and other stud services to enable the breeder to produce the type of horse required by today's market.. Here at Kylemore Stud we have extensive experience in almost all equestrian spheres, from showjumping and eventing, to showing and hunting. We offer you, the breeder, the very best service for you and your mare, so that with top quality stallions and advise, you can reap the rewards of breeding and producing quality stock.
